Swamiji led Mantras and spoke to the Hindu Convocation of Spiritual Leaders, a gathering of most eminent Swamis and Hindu scholars from all over the world. Swami Maheshwarananda said: “If we want harmony and peace in our world, it is up to each individual to act at the grassroots level. Each life is the light of God, and awareness of this fact only comes when there is a clear consciousness, which is purified through the practice of mantras, prayers, yoga and following the principle of Ahimsa. It depends on us. We can make a difference.”
